No, Title Platform is not a title insurance company. We provide tools that help title companies run their businesses more efficiently. Our platform includes quote calculators, lead capture tools, and collaboration features - we do not sell title insurance policies.
Does Title Platform work for Florida title companies specifically?
Yes, Title Platform is designed specifically for Florida title companies. Our calculators include Florida documentary stamp rates, intangible taxes, and title insurance premiums. How does Title Platform handle login and security?

How does lead capture work on my website?
When visitors use your public-facing calculators, they can optionally enter their contact information to save and receive their quote. This information flows directly into your Title Platform dashboard as a new lead.
What is lead scoring and how does it work?
Lead scoring categorizes leads based on their responses during registration. Hot leads are ready to buy soon, Warm leads are actively looking, Qualified leads meet your criteria, and Cold leads are just browsing. This helps you focus on the most promising prospects.
Can I track which calculators generate the most leads?
Yes, your dashboard shows analytics on lead sources. You can see which calculators are being used most frequently and which ones are converting visitors into leads.

Is the mobile app included with my subscription?
Yes, the mobile app is included with all Title Platform subscriptions at no additional cost. Download it from the App Store or Google Play and log in with your existing account.

Is my data synced between the web and mobile app?
Yes, Title Platform uses real-time sync powered by Firebase. Calculations, leads, and team data are available on both web and mobile, always up to date.
What devices are supported?
Title Platform is available as a native app for both iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices. The app is optimized for phones but works great on tablets too.

How is my data protected?
Title Platform uses Firebase for secure data storage with encryption in transit and at rest. We follow industry best practices for data security and never share your data with third parties.
Can I control who sees my calculations?
Yes, you have full control over sharing. Calculations are private by default. You choose which team members have access, and you can generate secure public links for clients when needed.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Your data remains securely stored for 90 days after cancellation. During this time, you can request a data export. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
